Ashley moved to Colorado in 2017 from Northern California, where she was born and raised. She has an extensive background in Design and Merchandizing, holding a degree in Visual Communications from FIDM. With over 15 years of Retail Management experience, she holds a great understanding of the customer’s needs and overall business vision, making her a great fit for her role as Customer Relations Manager.

As a mom of 2 boys involved in the Hockey world, Ashley and her husband stay busy over the weekends. In her free time, she loves to Design, Hike, Camp, and explore this beautiful state. Ashley prides herself on a strong work ethic, proficient communication, and problem-solving. Ashley is excited to explore this new role in providing our Springs Home Finders clients with ongoing engagement and relationships!

Shannell moved to Denver, Colorado from Washington State in 2012. In 2014, Shannell and her husband purchased their first home in Colorado Springs. After experiencing the market first hand, Shannell decided it was time to re-evaluate her sales management career and look into becoming a Real Estate Broker.

Shannell is now a full-time Associate Broker with Springs Home Finders. With 10+ years of sales experience, Shannell imbues honesty, integrity, loyalty, creativity, and a passion for going above and beyond for her clients. Shannell has an eclectic background in music, retail management, visual merchandising, and real estate. Since moving to Colorado, Shannell and her husband enjoy travel and adventuring with their two fur babies, Harlow and Stryker.

Sarah is a Colorado Springs native and a third-generation Colorado Springs Realtor! With extensive experience in the construction industry coupled with her knowledge of the area and real estate market, she quickly fell in love with her career as a Realtor.

Gayla Bustos was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, where she met her husband, Arron, her high school sweetheart. After graduation, Arron moved his family to Oahu, Hawaii, where he served in the United States Army since 2007. In 2012, The Bustos family relocated to Colorado to further Arron’s service. Gayla became interested in physical fitness, health, and wellness. She earned several certifications in the fitness industry as a private physical trainer, yoga instructor, and sports nutrition. In both Hawaii and Colorado, Gayla ran multiple gyms until she realized her true passion in Real Estate.

As an army wife, Gayla experienced the unique challenges presented to military families regarding the VA loan and, of course, as first-time home buyers. This sparked a fire in her to help people understand the entire process and make them feel comfortable with this major commitment. Gayla Bustos joined Keller Williams in 2015. Since then, she has won several awards, including Peak Producer (TOP 10%) every year since 2016, Double Platinum with Keller Williams, and 1st team, Colorado region, and closed units for PPAR, highlighting her strengths and true passion in reality.

She has partnered with Brittany Winn, forming Property Mommies. At first, Property Mommies was just an informational Video Blog (Vlog) dedicated to helping educate home buyers and sellers by debunking myths and providing other self-help tools. But soon after starting the vlog, both Gayla and Brittany noticed the popularity and how a lot of potential clients would contact them to purchase and sell their homes.

Gayla is and has always been committed to her clients and is especially passionate about helping families serving in the United States Services. She started to specialize in “sight unseen” homes, “VA Loan” for her VA buyers, and First Time Home Buyers Programs. She is also one of the Top Listing Agents, not only in her team but also in her Brokerage Firm.

Shannon Bays is a Real Estate Broker on the Property Mommies Team at Springs Home Finders. She has held a Colorado Real Estate License for four years. With a passion for service in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas, she is ready to help with home buying and selling needs. She is a compassionate consultative agent that forms a bond with clients, and together they succeed. Shannon is well-rounded in her real estate career and enjoys being challenged with out-of-the-box transactions and situations. Not only does she do the “normal resale of buying and selling,” but she is also proficient in HUDs, Rent/Lease to Own, fix and flips, investor, and land transactions.

Shannon has a special place in her heart for the military, with two of her boys being active-duty military along with her husband being a veteran. She understands all the stresses our military service members and their families have to go through. She makes the home buying and selling process less stressful knowing these hurdles. Shannon is a mother of 7 (6 boys and 1 girl) and a wife. When Shannon isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing cards and board games, gardening, and puzzles.

Kim Bourgois has lived in Colorado Springs for 42 years. She grew up on Fort Carson and has lived in the Falcon community for 17 years. She worked at school district 49 for 13 years and enjoyed being able to be with her kids while she worked. Kim enjoyed helping the families and students.

In June of 2017, Kim decided it was time for a change and became a licensed real estate agent. In her first year, she was rookie of the year and has achieved being a Peak Producer for the past three years. Being a part of the top 10% of agents in the region is quite an accomplishment. Kim sold over 70 homes in 2020. Her goal is to help even more families in 2021. If you want to work with an agent who is knowledgeable in our crazy market, then Kim is your agent!

Kim recently decided to start her own team, The Bougie Group. Kim and her team believe that everyone is a little bougie and deserves to be treated the same no matter what your budget is! Taylor was born and raised in Colorado Springs, graduated from Falcon High School, and is now a proud member of Springs Home Finders. Taylor enjoys sharing her passion for her hometown with her clients. She had the opportunity to be Kim Bourgois’ assistant for two years and decided she enjoyed real estate so much she got her license! Since being licensed, Taylor has helped several families achieve their homeownership goals.

When Taylor isn’t busy turning your dreams into reality, she is spending time with her family. Taylor is also a cheer coach for Colorado Springs Wardogs. Taylor is dedicated to ensuring her clients are given top-notch customer service, listening to your needs, and making sure she finds you the home you love!

Krystyn is a native of Colorado and has lived in this state her entire life. She is a mom to an amazing daughter and a bonus mom to an amazing son. She has been in and around the Real Estate industry for over twenty years. She is currently a police officer here in El Paso County. She also has twin brothers who are Fire Fighters, also here in Colorado. While attending college, she worked for a title insurance company for several years. However, she has always had a passion for giving back and doing more for the community. This led her to the decision to take a hiatus from title insurance and real estate to join the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.

For many years she has seen, first-hand, the mixed emotions of pride and fear that her family experiences every time her brothers deploy to fires or when she walks out the door to work. She realized she wanted to do something to give back to the men and women who protect us every day, and to their families, who are their support systems. She knows that buying and selling a home can be a very stressful process. However, she can assure you that she will do everything in her power to make the process as easy as possible and make the experience as enjoyable as possible for all!

Syvena Fairbairn was born and raised in Manitou Springs. She has extensive knowledge of the Colorado Springs area. She has her Master’s in Education and has spent the past 13 years working as a teacher and Instructional Coach. Her husband is a retired Air Force veteran, and they’ve been married for eight years. She has two stepchildren. One is in the Air Force Reserves, and her stepson just graduated from Falcon High School. He’ll be starting Adams State in the fall. She also has three dogs who keep her busy at home!

ShaLisa is a Colorado Springs native! She is married with three children; her daughter is a gymnast, her son is a gamer, and the third is still cooking! She also has an English cocker spaniel who is… rambunctious!

ShaLisa has done a bit of everything in her 31 years, including writing and self-publishing a book, being an assistant chef, and having both her own clothing line and an online cupcake company! ShaLisa lives by the motto that life is too short to live the same year twice!

Although ShaLisa is always up to explore new things and be of service to her community in any way she can, her primary focus for just under two years now has been real estate! I have been lucky enough to live here in Colorado Springs for the last 10 years. As the oldest child of a military father who served 30 years in the Air Force, I have had the opportunity to live in 7 states and visit many more. There is nowhere I would rather be than here! It took me seven years but I finally was able to find the right opportunity to move here from St. Louis. Over the last 5 years in real estate in Colorado, I have been able to help over 200 families buy or sell a home, and my team has helped 350+ families!

While I’m not native to Colorado, I am married to a Colorado Native and am fortunate to say that this is where I have put down roots and get to raise our son. I love the weather, the mountains, and being close to amazing skiing. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in many industries and have truly found a passion for doing work that gives me the chance to help others. I am motivated to help military families as I know and understand what it’s like to pick up and move across the country and the challenges that come with it. Brandi is a true Colorado native having lived her entire life along the front range. She spent most of her childhood ice skating at the Broadmoor and World Arena. She represented Team USA internationally as a pair skater until the age of 18 before going to college at the University of Denver and earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. After graduation, she spent three years working at SANDIA Advertising as an Account Coordinator, spent a year working on Royal Caribbean, and then worked nine years as an Account Manager at a top IT staffing and services company before starting her career in real estate with her husband, Bill.

Brandi and her husband spend their time free time with their son Liam and their dog Bella. They try to get away to ski as often as possible, as well as travel when they can! In the last several years Brandi has spent time volunteering as a board member for the Lance P Sijan Air Force Association, volunteering with the Children’s Literacy Center, as well as devoting a year on the board for the Hispanic Business Chamber.

Brooke has been married to her husband for 7 years now and in those years they have moved 6 times. As a military spouse, she is familiar with the stresses of a PCS move or just moving into a new home for other reasons. Brooke has been licensed to sell real estate in Colorado, Washington, and Missouri.
