Shannell Vela has been a real estate agent since 2018 and has been a member of Springs Home Finders since 2019. Shannell comes from a customer service background with years in retail management starting in 2004 until she earned her real estate license in 2018. This has helped shape her in being able to dial in on a specific home buyer’s needs, as well as helping sellers navigate the obstacles of selling a home.

She has specialised in relocation as well as high end properties while also having a stellar relationship with the local population including military buyers and sellers. Shannon Bays is a Real Estate Broker on the Property Mommies Team at Springs Home Finders. She has held a Colorado Real Estate License for four years. With a passion for service in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas, she is ready to help with home buying and selling needs. Shannon has a special place in her heart for the military, with two of her boys being active-duty military along with her husband being a veteran. Shannon is a mother of 7 (6 boys and 1 girl) and a wife. When Shannon isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing cards and board games, gardening, and puzzles.

Syvena Fairbairn was born and raised in Manitou Springs. She has extensive knowledge of the Colorado Springs area. She has her Master’s in Education and has spent the past 13 years working as a teacher and Instructional Coach. Her husband is a retired Air Force veteran, and they’ve been married for eight years. She has two stepchildren. One is in the Air Force Reserves, and her stepson just graduated from Falcon High School. He’ll be starting Adams State in the fall. She also has three dogs who keep her busy at home!

Brooke has been married to her husband for 7 years now and in those years they have moved 6 times.
